Content operations masterclass

Exploring content operations to deliver efficient and effective content

What's it all about?

Content operations (ContentOps) is a practice emerging from content strategy. This session will show the connection between content strategy and operations, and demystify some of the principles that make this an exciting development for content professionals across the board.

Content professionals are being asked to do more with their content, and respond to more complex business demands, yet the systems they're asked to use are inadequate. Content production is expected to run like a well-oiled machine. With the adoption of new channels, there is a risk of fragmenting content into an increasing number of silos, making content maintenance a nightmare. How do we climb out of our age-old ruts of cobbled-together processes to make our lives easier and deliver content to meet business needs?
